Youngstown State University (YSU), established in 1908, is a public research university located in Youngstown, Ohio. With a student body of over 11,000, YSU offers a comprehensive range of academic programs across various disciplines. The university is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the University System of Ohio.
YSU comprises several colleges, including the Beeghly College of Liberal Arts, Social Sciences & Education; Bitonte College of Health and Human Services; Cliffe College of Creative Arts; College of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics; Williamson College of Business Administration; and the College of Graduate Studies. These colleges offer over 100 undergraduate majors and more than 40 graduate programs, including master's and doctoral degrees.
